Who is accountable, and where we work
Baki Bilişim is a small, focused team with a single office in İzmit, Kocaeli, Turkey. The accountable name is founder Erdi Baki: the person who scopes your project is the same person who measures it at handover, and your counterpart does not change mid-project.

Erdi Baki — Founder. Scope writing, technical architecture decisions, measurement setup and post-launch handover are his direct responsibility. The split that is common in agencies — one person sells the work, another inherits it — does not happen here: the person who writes the acceptance criteria into the proposal is the person who later measures them.

Which regions do we actually serve, and why does Kocaeli matter?
Our only office is in İzmit, the provincial capital of Kocaeli, north-west Turkey. We meet on site across the Kocaeli industrial belt — Gebze, Dilovası, Körfez, Çayırova, Kartepe — and on the Anatolian side of İstanbul, and work online with the rest of Turkey and with exporters. We have no branch offices and publish no address we do not have.
For an international reader, the location is worth explaining, because it is not a sentiment — it determines how the work runs. Kocaeli is the province immediately east of İstanbul on the Sea of Marmara, wrapped around the Gulf of İzmit. It is one of Turkey's densest industrial areas: organised industrial zones, petrochemical, automotive and metal plants, port and logistics facilities on the gulf, and the supplier industry that grew around them. Gebze and Dilovası sit directly on the İstanbul boundary, which is why a company headquartered in İstanbul often has its plant in Kocaeli.
Our target clients — manufacturing plants, export-oriented industrial companies, and organisations running dealer or branch networks — are physically inside that belt. In practice this means a scoping session can happen in the plant's own meeting room, with the production and export teams present, instead of on a screen share. Decisions that would otherwise take three rounds of email tend to close in one visit.

“Area served” and “branch” are not the same thing. We do not manufacture fake location pages or non-existent addresses for local search visibility; why that tactic damages a real network is explained on the dealer and branch network management page.
How does a small, focused team run corporate-scale work?
The risk of a small team is capacity and continuity; the advantage is a single chain of accountability. We answer that risk in the contract, not in a sentence: source code and design copyright pass to you, repositories and accounts are opened in your name, documentation ships with every delivery, and the exit clause states what is transferred and when.
A corporate procurement process is right to question a supplier's size. Rather than deflecting that question, we write each part of the concern next to the contract clause that answers it. Why should you trust us when we have no published case studies?
We have no published corporate case studies yet. Our evidence is measurement, not references. This site's own Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, structured data and accessibility results are published with the tool, the device emulation and the measurement date. We publish no anonymous testimonials, no client logo wall and no unverifiable project counts.

This is commercially inconvenient: in a corporate tender a reference list is still the fastest filter. What we offer in exchange is a claim you can test yourself. Ncity AVM is a shopping centre on Salim Dervişoğlu Caddesi in central İzmit; the office is on the second floor, the same floor as the bowling alley. It has its own car park, so arriving by car or by public transport makes no practical difference for a meeting.
We do not embed a map on this page. Where and how does the team work?
Our only office is on the second floor of Ncity AVM in the Karabaş district of İzmit, Kocaeli, Turkey. Meetings in Kocaeli and on the Anatolian side of İstanbul can be held on site; work elsewhere runs online. The team is small and focused on purpose: the number of concurrent projects is kept limited, and if the calendar does not allow a project we say so in the first conversation rather than accepting it.

We work on site across Kocaeli — İzmit, Gebze, Dilovası, Körfez, Çayırova and Kartepe — and on the Anatolian side of İstanbul. With companies in the rest of Turkey and with exporters selling abroad we work online, and deliverables can be produced in Turkish and English. We have no branch office in those districts; they are areas served, not locations, and we do not publish an address we do not have.
When was Baki Bilişim founded?
Baki Bilişim was founded in 2019, and the first version of bakibilisim.com was published in December 2019. We do not publish figures you cannot verify independently, such as years of experience, project counts or client counts.
How is business continuity secured with a small team?
Continuity is secured in the contract, not in a promise. Copyright in the source code and the design belongs to the client, the code lives in the client's repository, and domain and hosting accounts are opened in the client's name. Every delivery ships with documentation sufficient for another team to continue the work. What is transferred, and within what period, is written into the exit clause of the contract from the start.
Do you work with clients outside Turkey?
Yes. We work remotely with head offices and buyers outside Turkey; the English side of this site exists for that reason. On-site workshops are practical in the Kocaeli and İstanbul region, and elsewhere we work by video call. Commercial terms, currency, invoicing and the governing language of the contract are agreed in writing before the project starts, so there is no ambiguity after delivery.
In which languages do you deliver?
Turkish and English. That covers the interface copy, the structured data, the documentation and the reporting, and it includes the hreflang architecture that tells search and answer engines which language version belongs to which audience. For additional languages we integrate the client's own translation supplier into the workflow rather than claiming in-house capability we do not have.
