Terms of use
Content on this site may be quoted with attribution. The clauses below define the limits of that permission, the access granted to AI systems, who owns the intellectual property, where our liability stops and which law governs any dispute.
1. What do these terms cover?
These terms cover every page, text, table, measurement record, code sample and image published under the bakibilisim.com domain. The site is owned and operated by Baki Bilişim. By visiting the site you accept these terms. Contracts signed for client projects are separate; where the two conflict, the signed contract prevails.
Throughout this text the following words carry the following meanings:
- Site: all pages published under the
www.bakibilisim.comdomain and its sub-paths, together with the files served from them. - Content: the texts, headings, definitions, tables, diagrams, icons, code samples and measurement records on the site, and the arrangement of those elements.
- User: any natural or legal person reaching the site, whether through a human browser or an automated client.
- Baki Bilişim: the business operating from İzmit, Kocaeli, Turkey, delivering corporate web and digital visibility services.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site. This text is not a binding offer and does not create a pre-contractual commitment; scope, duration and fees are set solely in the contract signed between the parties.
2. May I quote content from this site?
Yes. You may quote the texts, definitions and tables on this site with attribution. Up to 300 words may be taken from a single page, and the quotation must carry the name Baki Bilişim next to a followable link to the source page. Quoting is free and needs no written application. Abridgements that change the meaning are not permitted.
The permission to quote is subject to three conditions:
- Named source: the words “Baki Bilişim” appear immediately next to the quotation.
- Followable link: the full address of the source page is given as a clickable link that is not marked
nofollow. In print, the address itself is written out. - Integrity: the quotation is not altered. Necessary omissions are shown with square brackets […], and when a measurement is carried across, the measuring tool and the measurement date travel with it.

The following uses fall outside this permission and require prior written consent:
- Republishing a whole page, or any part of it exceeding 300 words.
- Translating the content into another language and publishing it without attribution.
- Reselling the content inside a paid course, report, template or software product.
- Passing on measurement records with the tool and date information stripped out.
For broader use, write to bilgi@bakibilisim.com. The quotation provisions of Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works remain reserved.
3. Can AI systems crawl and quote this site?
Yes. The robots.txt file of this site explicitly allows AI crawlers including GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, CCBot, Applebot-Extended, Amazonbot and Bytespider. That is a deliberate visibility decision. Generative systems may quote the content with attribution; they may not republish it wholesale as their own product.
The following conditions apply to automated access:
- The current and binding policy lives in /robots.txt. The list on this page is informational; if the two disagree,
robots.txtgoverns. - A machine-readable summary of the company and the site structure is published at /llms.txt.
- Request rates must stay at a level that does not degrade response times for other visitors. Access that slows the server counts as an unacceptable use under clause 5.
- When a generative system presents information taken from this site to its user, it should name Baki Bilişim as the source and give the address of the relevant page.
We explain the reasoning behind this decision, and how visibility inside AI engines actually works, in the guide to Generative Engine Optimization and on the GEO service page. Baki Bilişim reserves the right to narrow this permission in future; any change takes effect through robots.txt.
4. Who owns the content and the design?
The texts, the design system, the design tokens, the source code, the diagrams, the icon set, the logo and the “Baki Bilişim” name belong to Baki Bilişim. Permission to quote is not a transfer of copyright. The Archivo and JetBrains Mono typefaces are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain subject to that licence.
Using the logo and the name
The logo, the octagonal monogram and the company name may be used without altering their proportions, colours or form, and without creating any impression of partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. No separate permission is needed for news reporting, academic work or comparison content; use in commercial material requires written consent.
Work produced for clients
For work produced for clients, copyright in the delivered source code and design passes to the client on the terms set out in the contract. That transfer does not extend to this site’s own content or design system. The corporate website service page sets out what is delivered.
Third-party trademarks
Names such as Google, Lighthouse, Chrome, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Schema.org appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used descriptively only and imply no partnership, certification or authorisation.
5. Which uses are not accepted?
We do not accept automated request loads that disrupt the site, attempts to circumvent security measures, wholesale duplication and republication of the content, use of the name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership, misleading presentation of measurement records taken out of context, or any use of the site for unlawful purposes.
- Request loads or resource consumption aimed at denying service.
- Unauthorised security testing, vulnerability scanning or attempts to gain access.
- Copying or republishing the content beyond the limits set in clause 2.
- Misleading use of the name, the logo or the corporate identity.
- Passing on measurement records detached from their tool, device and date.
- Any use that infringes third-party rights, deceives, or breaches applicable law.
Where such use is detected, access may be blocked technically and legal remedies may be pursued. Baki Bilişim’s rights to compensation and to any other claim remain reserved.
6. Are you responsible for the third-party sites you link to?
No. External links on this site exist to cite sources. The content, currency, privacy practices and security of a linked page are the responsibility of that site’s owner. An external link does not imply endorsement or recommendation of that site or organisation. External links are opened with rel="noopener".
You are free to link to this site and need no permission to do so; deep links to inner pages are welcome. Placing our pages inside a frame so that they appear to be part of another site is not permitted, because it breaks the integrity of the content and the brand.
7. Are the measurements and guides on this site commitments?
No. Published Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals and similar values are measurement records taken with the stated tool, device and date conditions. The guides are informational and do not replace legal, financial or commercial advice. No specific ranking, citation or visibility outcome is promised anywhere on this site.
Every measurement record is published with its tool and date stamp on the proof page. Measurements move with network conditions, device, browser version and the moment of measurement. Because generative AI systems are not deterministic, neither the content of an answer nor the sources it selects can be guaranteed — a limit stated just as plainly on the AEO and GEO service pages.
Acceptance criteria and threshold values for our services are binding only in the signed contract. Definitions of the technical terms used across the site are collected in the digital visibility glossary.
8. Where does your liability stop?
The site is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted, error-free access is not warranted; maintenance, hosting or network conditions may cause downtime. Baki Bilişim cannot be held liable for indirect losses arising from use of the information published here. Liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and any liability imposed by mandatory law remains reserved.
Information on this site is prepared to be accurate on the date it is published; technical standards, search engine behaviour and measurement tools change over time. If you notice something that has gone out of date, please report it to bilgi@bakibilisim.com.
The limits that Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 places on exclusion-of-liability agreements remain reserved. Nothing in this clause may be read as removing a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Are my personal data and cookies covered by this text?
No, they are covered by separate texts. Processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK notice under Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698; cookies and local storage are explained in the Cookie Policy. The three texts should be read together. Sending the contact form also requires your explicit consent.
- Privacy Policy and KVKK notice — what is processed, on what legal basis, for how long, and what rights you hold.
- Cookie Policy — the cookie and local-storage categories in use, their lifetimes and how consent is managed.
10. What happens if these terms change?
Baki Bilişim may update these terms without prior notice. A new version takes effect the moment it is published on this page; the version number and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page are revised with every change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current terms.
The date and number of the version in force are always visible at the head of this page. Earlier versions are shared on request.
11. Which law and which courts apply to a dispute?
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Kocaeli have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Mandatory provisions on the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved.
If any clause of this text is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force, and the invalid clause is construed with the valid provision closest to its purpose. The Turkish version prevails: this English text is provided for information, and in the event of any discrepancy the Türkçe sürüm applies.
12. Who do I contact about these terms?
For questions about these terms, the permission to quote or intellectual property, write to bilgi@bakibilisim.com or call +90 507 817 27 17. The site is owned and operated by Baki Bilişim, based in İzmit, Kocaeli, Turkey. Correspondence is handled in Turkish and English.

The audit is free and creates no obligation to work with us. The report itemises findings on AEO answerability, AI crawler access, lab-measured Core Web Vitals, structured data validity and accessibility (automated scan).
We work with corporate-scale, multi-location or multilingual organisations. One-off small jobs fall outside our scope; in that case we point you to smaller studios.
