Corporate digital agency services: eleven disciplines, one contract
Eleven services grouped as build, visibility and scale. Each one can be bought on its own; bought together, a single team is accountable both for the structure and for whether that structure is found in search engines and AI assistants.
Which of your problems maps to which service?
Not every problem maps to a single service, but every problem has a starting point. Complaints about the structure itself route to the build services; anything that ends with “buyers cannot find us” routes to visibility; multi-location disorder routes to scale. The table below matches the sentences most often said inside a company to that starting point.
| What is being said internally | Starting point |
|---|---|
| “We have a website, but procurement teams do not take us seriously.” | Corporate Website |
| “We rank in Google, yet AI assistants never mention us.” | AEO + GEO |
| “Mobile visitors from the trade fair leave before a page opens.” | Core Web Vitals |
| “Our catalogue is a PDF; not one product in it is findable in search.” | Structured Data + Corporate Website |
| “Our dealers build their own pages and the brand has drifted apart.” | Dealer and Branch Network |
| “We published English pages for export and received no enquiry from abroad.” | SEO (multilingual) + GEO |
| “Field and service teams still run on messaging apps and spreadsheets.” | Mobile App |
| “We want dealers to order at their own prices, against their account.” | E-commerce |
| “Logo, presentation, catalogue and website do not look like one company.” | Brand Identity |
| “We do not know where to start or what is urgent.” | Digital Transformation Consulting |
If you have a live site and are not sure which row you are in, the free digital asset audit sets out the measured state of the site and ranks the findings by estimated business impact and implementation effort; the report contains no service proposal.
What does each service deliver, how long does it take, and how is it measured?
The matrix below compares all eleven services on four questions: what is delivered, how long it typically takes, which criterion measures it, and whose problem it solves. Acceptance criteria are written into the contract with threshold values and verified by measurement at handover; durations vary with scope and content readiness.
| Service | What is delivered | Typical duration | Measurement criterion | Whose problem |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Corporate Website | Information architecture map, design system, code base, multilingual structure, schema graph, source code handover | 6–10 weeks | Mobile Lighthouse Performance ≥ 95 · LCP < 1.8 s · CLS < 0.05 · WCAG 2.1 AA | Marketing + IT |
| Mobile App | iOS and Android application, store publication process, release and maintenance plan | 10–16 weeks | Crash-free rate · cold start time · store review turnaround | Sales and field operations |
| Brand Identity | Logo system, palette, typography, iconography, design token file, usage guide | 4–8 weeks | Contrast ratio measurement · token-to-code match · legibility across media | Corporate communications |
| E-commerce | Platform decision, ERP integration, product data model, Product schema, payment and logistics flow | 10–20 weeks | Product page LCP · cart INP · product data completeness · Product schema validity | Sales + IT |
| SEO | Technical audit, information architecture, topic cluster plan, internal link matrix, hreflang, monthly report | 3–5 weeks setup, then monthly | Indexed URL count · coverage errors · query-to-page match · click share | Marketing |
| AEO | Question inventory, answer-first content structure, FAQPage and HowTo schema, internal anchor architecture | 4–8 weeks + monitoring | Answer box visibility · citation sampling across a defined question set | Marketing + content |
| GEO | AI crawler access policy, llms.txt, entity modelling, sameAs network, monitoring set | 3–6 weeks + periodic measurement | Date-stamped record of brand recall and citation across a defined question set | Marketing + management |
| Core Web Vitals | Lab and field measurement setup, root-cause analysis, critical request chain, performance budget | 2–6 weeks | LCP < 1.8 s · INP < 200 ms · CLS < 0.05 · mobile Performance ≥ 95 | IT + marketing |
| Structured Data | Entity map, JSON-LD graph architecture, page type mapping, validation, regression protection | 2–5 weeks | Zero validator errors · rich result eligibility · Search Console enhancement report | IT + marketing |
| Dealer and Branch Network | Location page template architecture, multiple LocalBusiness schema, NAP audit, permission and approval model | 6–12 weeks | Local visibility per location · NAP inconsistency count · location page indexation rate | Dealer and channel management |
| Digital Transformation | Digital asset inventory, maturity assessment, 12-month roadmap, RACI, KPI framework | 3–6 weeks | Change in maturity score · roadmap completion rate · number of ownership gaps | Executive management |
Durations vary with scope, content readiness and approval speed; the contract fixes scope, delivery dates and acceptance criteria in writing. Work is not considered delivered until its acceptance criterion has been met.
The highest LCP value still counted as “good” under Google’s published Core Web Vitals thresholds. The same document sets 200 ms for INP and 0.1 for CLS.

Why are the services grouped as build, visibility and scale?
The three groups describe a sequence: build creates the digital asset, visibility makes it findable, and scale keeps multi-location and multilingual structures in order. When visibility work has no access to the structure it depends on, it produces a list of recommendations instead of a result. That is why all three sit with one team.
Build — the four services that create the digital asset
- 01 Corporate Website Information architecture, design system and code base for industrial and multi-location companies, delivered against performance, accessibility and schema acceptance criteria. Source code and design copyright transfer to you at the end of the project.
- 02 Mobile App Development iOS and Android applications for dealer ordering, field service, production tracking and internal communication. Store accounts are opened in your company’s name, and the release and maintenance plan is written into the contract.
- 03 Brand Identity Logo system, contrast-verified palette and typography, delivered as a design token file that goes straight into code alongside the guide. Website, app and printed material then draw on the same source.
- 04 E-commerce B2B, B2C and dealer-portal scenarios, including customer-specific pricing, account balances and order approval flows. ERP integration, product data quality and Product schema are set up in the same project.
Visibility — the four services that make the asset findable
- 05 SEO Technical audit, information architecture, topic cluster plan and multilingual setup. We give no ranking guarantee; the report covers indexation, coverage errors and query-to-page match instead.
- 06 AEO — Answer Engine Optimization Makes your pages quotable in search answer boxes and AI assistants. Built through a question inventory, answer-first content structure and FAQPage or HowTo schema.
- 07 GEO — Generative Engine Optimization Works on the likelihood that ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews cite your brand as a source. Covers crawler access policy, llms.txt, entity modelling and date-stamped citation sampling.
- 08 Core Web Vitals and Performance Measures LCP, INP and CLS in lab and field data and fixes them at the root cause. A performance budget and regression check keep the improvement from decaying after handover.
Scale — the three services that hold multi-location structures together
- 09 Structured Data (Schema) Entity map and JSON-LD graph architecture so search and generative engines read your company correctly. The validation target is zero errors, with regression protection so content updates do not break it.
- 10 Dealer and Branch Network Management Location architecture that keeps central brand control and local search visibility standing at the same time. Multiple LocalBusiness schema, NAP consistency auditing and a permission model are designed together.
- 11 Digital Transformation Consulting Digital asset inventory, maturity assessment and a prioritised 12-month roadmap. The division of labour between your in-house team and the agency, and the KPI framework, are defined in writing.

Which services are worth buying together?
Four combinations cover what corporate buyers ask for most often: a new launch, improving what already exists, a multi-location network and export visibility. None of them is a package, and every one of the eleven services can still be bought alone. The combinations only show which piece of work feeds which.
-
New launch
For companies building a corporate site from scratch or replacing an existing one entirely.
-
Improving what exists
For companies looking for measurable gains without rewriting the site.
-
Multi-location network
For companies with dealers, branches, franchisees or many stores.
-
Export visibility
For manufacturers and exporters who need to reach buyers abroad.
Combinations are not compulsory and carry no discount promise; their only purpose is to stop the same pages being reworked twice. We decide which service comes first on the basis of audit measurements, not the combination.
Which service comes first in your sector?
The sector decides the order. In manufacturing, technical document access and a multilingual catalogue come first; in retail, location architecture and local visibility; in export, hreflang accuracy and citability in generative engines; in holdings, the inventory. The table below gives the recommended starting order for five segments.
| Sector | Recommended order | Why this order |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturing and Factories | Corporate Website → Structured Data → Core Web Vitals | Procurement and engineering buyers use the website as a shortlisting tool: if capacity, certificates and technical documents cannot be found, you drop off the evaluation list. |
| Retail Chains | Dealer and Branch Network → Corporate Website → Mobile App | Store finder architecture and local visibility come before campaign speed. If store data is not served from one source, the site, the app and the business profile show different information. |
| Franchise Networks | Dealer and Branch Network → Corporate Website → SEO | A prospective franchisee and an end customer are two completely different buyers. If the application funnel and the location pages are not designed separately, both stay weak. |
| Export Industry | SEO (multilingual) → GEO → E-commerce | When hreflang is set up incorrectly the foreign buyer is shown the Turkish page, and in generative answers the brand is not named at all. Both need fixing before traffic is bought. |
| Corporate Holdings | Digital Transformation → Brand Identity → Structured Data | Inventory and brand architecture come first: while subsidiary domains, accounts and identities are scattered, no visibility work scales across the group. |

Frequently asked questions about the services
Can I buy the services separately?
Yes. All eleven services can be bought individually; there is no mandatory bundle. Projects that cover only a Core Web Vitals fix, only a structured data build or only a brand identity system are within our scope.
The contract lists the deliverables and acceptance criteria of the service you actually buy, and creates no obligation for anything you did not buy.
Which services belong together?
No pairing is compulsory, but three groups produce measurable gains when bought together: a new website with structured data and AEO; a multi-location structure with dealer network management and SEO; an export target with multilingual SEO and GEO.
The reason is the same in each case: visibility work without access to the technical structure it depends on produces a list of recommendations rather than a result. See the combinations section for detail.
Can you improve my current site without rebuilding it?
In most cases, yes. Whether the current site runs on WordPress, a hosted commerce platform or custom software, a Core Web Vitals fix, a structured data build, answer-first content restructuring and accessibility corrections do not require a rewrite.
We recommend rebuilding only when the cost of fixing exceeds the cost of carrying the existing structure. The free audit report does not make that decision; it gives a basis grounded in measurement for discussing it.
How does pricing work?
We use two models: a fixed project fee for work with a fixed scope, and a fixed monthly fee for ongoing visibility and maintenance work. We do not bill by the hour.
The figure is given in a written proposal after the discovery call and the digital asset audit, together with the deliverable list, acceptance criteria and schedule. We do not publish a price list, because a figure quoted without a known scope is misleading.
How long is the contract?
Project work is bounded by scope, not by time: the contract ends when the deliverable list is complete and the acceptance criteria have been measured. The durations in the scope matrix are typical project lengths.
For visibility work we recommend a horizon of at least three months, because recrawling, indexing and citation sampling do not produce meaningful data any sooner. We do not ask for long binding commitments; ongoing work renews monthly.
Do you work with clients outside Turkey?
Yes. Delivery is remote and documented in writing, so distance changes the meeting rhythm rather than the method. Most of our international work comes from two directions: Turkish exporters selling into foreign markets, and buyers abroad evaluating a Turkish supplier.
Project language, review meetings, documentation and reporting are all available in English. How that reads from the buyer’s side is set out on the export industry page.
In which languages do you deliver, and how are contracts handled internationally?
We deliver interfaces, content and documentation in Turkish and English. Additional target languages are handled with professional translation plus our own structural review, because a translated page still needs the correct hreflang, schema and answer structure.
Contracts and invoices are issued by our Turkey-registered entity; the contract language can be English and the governing terms are agreed before signature.
The step-by-step account of how we work is on the how we work page, and every other question is answered on the FAQ page.

The audit is free and creates no obligation to work with us. The report itemises findings on AEO answerability, AI crawler access, lab-measured Core Web Vitals, structured data validity and accessibility (automated scan).
We work with corporate-scale, multi-location or multilingual organisations. One-off small jobs fall outside our scope; in that case we point you to smaller studios. Our own measured scores are published on the proof page.
